   AEROSPACE PARTS INC.  maintains a quality system that's certified to AS9100 Rev D and ISO 9001:2015 . Up to date detailed AS/ISO audit information is available for review on the industry's OASIS website.  We work closely with OEM’s & suppliers to improve process controls and to reduce non-conformance. We keep in constant contact with the OEM during the manufacturing process and then parts ultimately go through our QA department to immediately inspect and correct any anomalies and delegated inspection as it is a necessary component of an overall cost reduction strategy as it eliminates the cost of redundant receiving inspections. Every lot of material received is fully inspected using a Keyence IM8030CMM and the certifications are reviewed for conformance to purchase order, drawing and specifications requirements. Inspection sampling in accordance with ANSI Z1.4 is utilized. On top of already complying to strict Cyber Security requirements , We are in the process of receiving our Level 2 CMMC certification to ensure we have the Latest in Cyber Security & Other Defense Standards in place for not only our protection , but yours as well !!
